Martin Kells Developments tasked Urlich Studio to develop a cohesive brand identity for their new Station 580 development, a new apartment complex in the hip inner city suburb of Kingsland, Auckland.
This brand identity was then to be executed across a multitude of touchpoints from a website to brochures and marketing communications. Station 580 is unique as it blends high-end finishes with chic inner city living. A combination rarely seen yet highly sought after.
However, sitting sung in the heart of the city, what truly separated Station 580 was its location. Being so close to two of Auckland’s train stations, this residence effectively acts as a junction for a leisure, work and play.To reflect the interconnectedness of this location the brand identity was predicated on the Auckland’s transportation lines.
The use of bold clean lines converging and expanding are demonstrative of the connected way of life to be had within contemporary build.
